• Power Project Merrick Landfill

North Bay Hydro Distribution Company has received approval for the renewable energy project briefly described below and described in detail through the attached links.  Approval for the renewable energy project is issued under Section 47.5 of the Environmental Protection Act subject to the conditions outlined in Renewable Energy Approval Number 2494-8F8H5N issued June 13, 2011.

The following link(s) contain North Bay Hydro's documentation in support of their Renewable Energy Approval (REA) application for the proposed Landfill Gas (LFG) Utilization Facility Project at the City of North Bay's Merrick Landfill Site.  The REA Application's supporting documentation has been prepared in accordance with Ontario Regulation (O.Reg.359/09).
