Municipal Performance Measurement Program (MPMP)

Section 299 of the Municipal Act, 2001 requires all Ontario municipalities to provide information to their taxpayers on specific performance related measures by September 30th in each year. This reporting requirement, known as the Municipal Performance Measurement Program (MPMP), is part of the Province's effort to "balance greater municipal authority with better accountability".
